We have a great time with our Wii! My favorite feature of it is that you really can't play all day - you'd get exhausted!
I have to say, the game we've played the most is Wii Sports - which came with the system. Molly is a genius at the wii bowling.
Wii Fit is a lot of fun as well. The girls enjoy the jogging exercise. We put the controller in the waistband of their pants and let them run around the livingroom. It is a riot!
Excite Truck is another fun racing game like Mario Kart. The animation is not quite as cartoony but it is a lot of fun.
Super Mario Galaxy is a bit advanced for Molly to play, yet, but Ted plays and she watches. She uses the second controller to search for stars, or something, so that keeps her involved.
GUITAR HERO is by far the most fun for adults, I think. That game is AMAZING. And it makes even the least musically talented of us feel like Rock Stars. It's a bit on the expensive side because you have to purchase the guitar controller, but I'd check used game stores or online to get a deal on a used one. It's the kind of game that you play like crazy for a few weekends and then put away for when you have people over...So, I wouldn't make a huge investment in it - but it is a great game.
