8 - Jay was about to turn 3 and we were living in Iceland. I was pg with Emma.
7 - Jay (the husband) was getting ready to deploy in Nov. We were in the process of signing papers on our new house (we "rented" it for a month before the closing so I think we were in it and starting to unpack). Emma was a baby and I was pregnant with Joey. I was looking at preschools for Jay for K3.
6 - Jay was in K4, Emma was 1.5, Joey was 6 mos old, and I really don't remember what we were up to. We had joined the Y and I was getting exercise (yay). I started an online certificate program at the local technical college.
5 - Jay was deployed again, little Jay was in K, Emma was 2.5, and Joey was 1.5. I think I had them enrolled at a moms morning out once a week. My mom was finishing up her first round of treatments for her cancer.
4 - Emma was in K3, Joey was aging out of the mom's morning out program, and little Jay was in 1st. I was starting to look for a job, kind of halfheartedly, but if something right came along I was going to take it (started a job doing medical transcription in the end of Nov). My grandmother was really sick and died in Dec.
3 - We had just moved to NM a few mos prior. I was about to find out I was pg with Thomas. Jay was just getting back from 6 wks in TX for a course. Little Jay had a lump under his chin which turned out to be a blocked salivary gland - he got to see the ENT in Nov when I was out visiting my Mom. My mom was really sick and died in Nov, a few days after I found out I was pg, and the day I found out Jay's lump was something easy and benign. Jay was in 2nd grade, and Joey and Emma were at home with me b/c preschool in NM was more than double the cost in GA. I was trying to work but it was really hard with the kids at home and I ended up stopping at the end of Dec.
2 - Jay was in 3rd, Emma was in K and Joey had just been approved to join the special preschool class in our district. Thomas was little.
1 - Jay -4th, Emma 1st, Joey - started Kinder. Thomas was 1 and was starting to walk.
