My kids are in a new school this year.  It was built over the past year.  They are having a "Halloween Carnival".  Not sure what all that will be! 

Previously, the kids would take their costumes to school, after lunch they would change into their costumes then have a class party.  About an hour before school was to end, they would have a parade through the gym for the parents.

I am interested to know how Halloween is celebrated in other areas!
