Good morning!

I'm loving the time change.  LOL.   My auto alarm wakes up at 4:00 am - which right now is 3:00 am.  But here we are on day 3 of it - and I'm able to sleep to 3:30 am.   Which feels good.  Course, we are all pooping out at 8:00 pm.  LOL.  But we are getting closer (john and I) to 8 hours of sleep.  Sure feels good in the morning.

Good news (to me) the 2nd digital camera showed up from JCP last night!   2 weeks later, I'm glad they finally accepted I was not trying to rip them off and sent the replacement.   I'm off Friday & Monday - so plan to battery up things and get them wrapped.   :)   

So?  What's up in your neck of the woods?

 

  

I'm loving the time change too. I normally get up at 5:15 unhappily but have been waking up at 4:45 feeling refreshed so that is wonderful.

Today I HAVE to make myself do some work for dh's boss. I really dont want to at all. I also have PTO tonight so gotta make sure I find something for dh and the girls for dinner since my oven is still broke :( The part shipped yesterday and they guaranteed delivery by tomorrow so hopefully I can cook tomorrow!

I was a bad girl and went to get breakfast at Hardees, I love the new breakfast potatoes. I called my bff to see if she would want to come to and she couldnt so we are going to Cracker Barrel friday for breakfast. I'm such a bad girl hehe!

Deb- So glad you got the camera! YAY!

Tawnya- I have seen those potatoes at our Carl's Jr. but haven't tried them. I think I will try them next time I drive thru. :) Have fun at Cracker Barrel-I like that place too. :)

Not much happening here except a weekends worth of laundry. Plus I need to get the dogs from the kennel and figure out what's for dinner. :)

Oh, forgot to mention that today Sean sees a doc again about his heart and he has either the heart sonogram or the heart monitor today. I am getting pretty worried about him b/c he said his heart is getting worse instead of better. David is starting to worry a lot that they will discharge him. I am withholding any thoughts until I hear how these next two appts go.

Kim- sorry to hear that Sean isn't doing better. I'll keep him in thoughts and prayers.

Deb- yay on the camera coming. The girls will love that!

Tawnya- you gotta be bad once in awhile or else being good doesn't feel any different!

As for me, saw the Dr this am. Aside for the anemia, she thinks I am doing well. I lost another 4 lbs since friday, so that takes me up to 16 lbs in two weeks. She was a bit concerned about that but thinks it's just that I got pretty low down from the chemo. I have to say, it sure was nice to see that number on the scale. It's been a loooong time!

So tomorrow I will start my new chemo, cross your fingers for me that I am not allergic to it. My doc says she thinks that this new chemo will be much better for me and that I will start to feel better. Except it causes severe bone pain. That part will probably suck, but whatever. I'll take it. So long as I get better at the end, that's the main thing.

Oh, yeah, my dr ordered me some mouth wash to help with the sores. It's called "magic mouthwash". That cracked me up. That really is the name of it and it takes 24 hours for the pharmacy to make it.

  

 

 

 

I am so glad that the second camera showed up and in time.  Whew! 

Gosh, close to eight hours of sleep a night would be heavenly.  Wonder if I'll ever get close to that?  LOL LOL
