My name is Lesley I am 28 and I usually lurk alot throughout the pregnancy boards. I have 2 girls Olivia 4 and Riley 23 months. I want another monkey soo bad and think that if I worked really hard I could convince my DH to go ahead with it but the sad reality is right now I truly can't. I was diagnosed with Lymes Disease a year ago and they just recently found out I still have it and have had to go one meds for the next 3 months. I know I need to get super healthy to carry another baby (not to mention I want to loose 2lbs) but it seems like everyone I know is pregnant and it's killing me. Thanks for listening to my ranting. Welcome Lesley! I'm glad that you de-lurked and posted an intro. I can completely relate to wanting to be pg while everyone around you is getting pg. That's been my life for the past few years. :P I pray that your meds help with your Lymes Disease and that you are able to get pg in the future. Feel free to post, rants or otherwise, anytime! :)
Just wanted to say hello & welcome as well. You certainly found the right board! ;) I as well am on the waiting list, Im not sure even for how long, but I can relate to the waiting game. I hope that your meds take care of your lymes disease.... if you don't mind me asking, how did you contract it? Also gl with the weight loss.. that can be so challeneging in itself!
