When Work = School

Hello,

I have done ethics while taking nursing so it is posible (it was a humanities requirement). Does the course fit well into your schedule?? How much clinical work load are you going to have? How many hours a week are you in classes? You need to look at all this. I think that if you are interested in it, it fits well into your schedule, and it fullfills a program requirement then go for it!!

It can be done. I'm a firm believer that people can do anything they set their mind to doing if they are willing to put the time and effort into it. It might make the semester more challenging but anything worth having is worth the work it takes to get it. I have a family at home who likes to see me occasionally so I take only the nursing courses and work only a 7-3 shift on one day of the weekend. Prioritize, set goals, and go for it. Good luck!!
