When Work = School

Candice, single mom and full time student. My son Caiden is 15 months.

My major is Secondary Ed. Business and Computers.

My favorite thing about December is ******SNOW*******. Plus the little break from school is great.

My name is Amy and I'll be 30 in March. I live in Texas. I've been married for 9.5 years and have 2 wonderful children. Steven is 7.5 and Hannah is 6. I started back to school when my ds was in Kindergarten. I will graduate in Dec. 2005 with an associate degree of nursing. I plan to have my master's in nursing before dd graduates high school. I work in a local children's hospital as a student nurse tech. I grew up an Army brat and married a Navy man who is now a civilian. My favorite thing about December is watching my children believe in the magic of the season. There is nothing like seeing my babies choose presents for other, less fortunate children on the Angel Tree.

I'm Lola. Daughters Haley, 4 and Emily, 1 are expecting a new sibling next August (though they don't know yet). I am a forensic science major at John Jay in NYC.

I'm not a big fan of December, it's too cold for me. I do enjoy the happiness it brings the kids...and then the Christmas mess. I also enjoy the month off classes VERY MUCH. More time for my kids.

My name is Sarah, I'm 24 and am an elementary education major. I have been married for 6.5 years to my wonderful husband Adam. We have two boys, Isaac 7 and Andrew 5. We are expecting a girl in May! We are so excited!! So far we like Hannah for her name.

My favorite thing about December is all the holiday preperation. Going to pick out presents, setting up the tree and the lights, going to see my children's holiday performances... We also love the time off together-most of the time! They have not been getting along very well the last few days.
