I was just wondering who is done with their semester/ quarter? I have this week and three days of finals yet. I have to wait until next Thursday to say I'm done. What about everyone else?

HI! I have not been on this board since the beginning of the year when I found out that I had been accepted into graduate school for physical therapy. I am a single mother of a 6 year old and have completed my first semester!!!!! I am so happy!!!!!!!! I just could not resist the chance to answer this post. I am done!!! Wooooooohooooooo!!! Anyway, I am just so relieved cuz it has been such a challenging experience being a full time student and a full time mom. I took 17 hours of graduate coursework and it is highly discouraged for any student in the program to work due to the great demands of the program. I am so encouraged about next semester but am also so ready for this much needed Christmas break. I know my son is happy too since I won't be spending so much time in the books and will have more time for him.
I wish you luck on your finals!

Elenda

I'm done! I've been done for two weeks now, and I have to report--I got A's in both of my first grad classes. Whahoooooooo!

I was nervous, since I have been out of school for twelve years, but it's turning out okay.
