I haven't been on here in about forever I think - since my twins were babies. Now they are 6-1/2 years old and heading into 1st grade. How time flies.

Anyway, I'm Michele (31) and I'm a SAHM/substitute teacher. My hubby Will (33) is in the US Navy. We have three darling children - Jessica (9) and our b/g twins Jared and Jamie (6).

Have a question for those with b/g twins. Have you found (overall) that your girl is more aggressive than your boy? I've heard that this is often the case, but just figured I would throw the question out there and see what everyone has to say.

Hope to chat with you all soon!
Michele

Hi Michelle,

Please feel free to post htis question on the Early Childhood Twins board. Our twins are much younger, but it would be interesting to see if this trend can be determined early on.

I have frat b/b so can't offer any personal experience. I taught first grade and had a set of b/g twins and, yes, the girl, though shy herself, was more outgoing than her brother and often looked to take care of him.

I hope others answer your question! I've never heard anything about this one way or the other.

smiles,
