Hello!
My son has started solids on xmas day. He is eating rice cereal in the am and is doing quite well on it. He really likes it. HE is up to one tbsp once a day mixed with bm.

I started to try to introduce veggies. I made some sweet potatoes that I froze in ice cube trays. The first time I tried it, he took the first few bites ok and then started to make faces and turn away. I figured he had enough so I stopped. The next day, he wouldn't even take it. I could put it in his mounth as he would open wide for it but then spit it all out and make those faces again. HE would shake his head from side to side and refuse to take more. I tried a few times and then stopped. I guess he relaly doesn't like then.

My question is this : When they obviously dislike a food like that, do you still keep on trying for the 3 to 5 days and then switch or do you stop and introduce something different and try that food again????? I know it could be either the taste or the texture. I have some jared sweet potatoes but was hoping to just feed him homemade.

Thank you!
