Hi everyone! So I stumbled upon this site by accident, but I am happy to find you all! I am a very busy single mom and am dying to meet other moms in the area. It would be nice to have someone to chat with, share kid stories with, vent with and laugh until <insert favorite beverage here> comes out my nose! So, My name is Amy and I am 31 yrs. old (yikes, did I say that outloud?). I am a single mom of a 7 yr old girl. We live in Ballwin with my boyfriend and our dog, Calvin. We are a rather normal, happy family. My ex-husband (daughter's dad) lives out of state. His girlfriend, her 2 kids and their new baby (my daughter's half-brother) and us all get along very well (it is sometimes a Jerry-Springerish relationship!!), but it works for us and all the kids are happy. I am an EMT, but choose to follow my real passion and am working towards earning a degree in Physical Therapy. I hope to one day specialize in Pediatrics. A few of my favorite things; medical TV shows (Grey's Anatomy, ER, anything on Discovery Health Channel), Diet Pepsi, mexican food, jeans and sweatshirts, spring weather, movies that make me cry, the color pink, soft blankets, Target, Sketchers shoes (the sparklier, the better), laughing until my tummy hurts, the feel of baby skin, driving, music (I listen to almost anything), trashy celebrity gossip magazines. I am fairly simple. I am honest. I am NOT a "soccer mom". I am a dork and proud of it! It doesn't take much to please me or make me happy. I don't like drama. I don't judge people (but I do expect common courtesy from others). I don't need name brands, bling-bling or fine wines...just good friends who I can make an ass out of myself in front of and they will still love me :o) If you are still reading then send me a reply and tell me about you!

I'm Caroline, and I'm 32. I feel 20 some days and 50 other days, so what does it matter what number actually applies? ;-) I have a 2yo daughter Rebecca who is furiously planning her 3rd birthday party, which apparently while require a train ride to attend. Boy won't she be disappointed. Maybe we'll ride Metro Link that morning
