Is there ant stroller that is good for going over snow and ice? I have a 8 month old and we have to walk dd to school every day. We'll be going for about  block on hard packed, rough snow (unless it snows overnight, then fresh powder) until we get to the school where the sidewalk is always cleared. She has to be in a stroller, not a snuggli,  because we get down to -40 so she has to be behind a weather shield. Otherwise I would just carry her.  Any suggestions?

Anything with air tires is your best bet.  I'd recommend Mountain Buggy, BOB, Valco, Baby Jogger, Dreamer Design if you can swing the price.
