I am in need of a double jogger. It will not be used for serious jogging just long walks (sidewalk and decomposed granite) and light jogging. I would prefer a swivel wheel that can be locked.

My children are 4, 17 months and 1 week. My 2 youngest ones will use it the most and my 4 year old occasionally. My goal is to pay less than $300.

I have been researching the Schwinn and InStep strollers. Any suggestions would be great.
