I just returned our new graco duo glider. I hated it, way too hard to push and especially turn. I need an affordable double (under$300) for my boys (10 months and 2 years old). I think I'm going to buy two maclaren triumphs and attach them together with the clips. Anyone have any experience with this? Any other stroller suggestions would be appreciated.
If you're using it indoors, the two maclarens will be too wide to get through doorways. ALso, it may be hard to push because the frame is separate and you'll have different weights. I would recommend the baby jogger mini (I think retail is around 359...so if you can find a used one, then that would be under 300). Also a maclaren double stroller would work much better than two singles. You can frequently find those second hand on ebay or craigslist. I personally love the Phil & Teds for closely spaced siblings. Though, it is slightly out of your price range. However, if you can find a used one on craigslist or ebay or find a deal on the classic model, you may be able to swing it.
