Hey girls! Sorry I have been MIA for a little while. But then again so has everyone else. Lol I feel bad this board is so dead lately! But anyways, we have been busy busy! Jackson and I got married on the 10th! Yay! We had a small little beach wedding like 5 minutes from our house on Pebble Beach. It was tiny, just super close friends and imidiate family basically. But we are so so happy! We have never been beachy/tropical type people (dispite the fact that we live on the coast, lol but norcal coast is a little different than your normal beach, its woodsy and overcast and rainy alot, so not really your typical "beachy" place and definately no where near "tropical") so we went to Seattle, WA, and then Banff, Canada for our honeymoon. We just went for 2 days to Seattle and 2 days to Banff, I couldnt handle any longer than that away from Sailor! I swear its not a very pleasant feeling being so far away from your child. I dont know if I want to expieriance that again. But overall we had tons of fun!
And onto Sailor, Sailor is 10 months old now! I can't believe it! I wouldnt completely consider him walking, because he crawls more than he walks, but he can walk. About two days ago my hubby was in the living room and I was trying to make dinner and I Sailor was crawling around my feet so I said "Sailor! Go to daddy!" and he WALKED to Jackson! Which was a big breakthrough cause not only did he completely understand what I meant, he walked to him! Which was about 10-12 ft. away! So in no time he will be a full on walker Im sure. :) He babbles alot but he says Mama, Dada, Baw (ball), Baba (bottle), Mimi (what he calls his paci, dont know where it came from), uh oh, and no no. He always waves, and we just got past the wave at them, not at yourself (when he used to wave he would turn his hand toward himself, lol). Oh and he has also become and expert stair climber, which almost gives mama a heartattack. The other day I was making breakfast and all of a sudden I look up and he is climbing down the stairs! I almost died! But I guess thats what happens the one and only night you let him sleep in your bed. Lol. Oh and one more thing before this turns into a novel! We are ttc! We are really excited! Before the wedding we werent trying but we were being less than careful, but now that the wedding is over we are full on trying! Yay! Ok I will try to be back to post more often, can't wait to hear more from you girls! <3
