Hi

I hope someone can give me some advice
My daughter is 3months old. And has been a very good eater. She drinks 5 ounces every 3 hours .
Up to about 4 days ago. I changed her milk from concentrated to powder milk. Making it more convient for me to go.
She screams when she takes the bottle. SHe will start sucking then cry. Start sucking and cry. she will do this for a good 5 mins. then start drinking properly.
She has a tendacy to bite on the nipple of the bottle and pull it out.
I read that if baby is fussy, i need to change the nipples. I went to buy the new ones, but the girl at the store asked if my daughter was big. Not weight wise , but if she is tall.
She is tall for her size and weighs about 13 pounds. She said maybe it is not the nipples but maybe she is an early teether....( could this be possible)
She told me that the milk difference from concentrated to powder should not make a difference.

What do you think.
Any advice.........

I'm not sure on the teething part but I just wanted to say that my Daughter is a BF baby and would get some formula.

When I'd give her the formula that was the premixed (Enfimil Ready to eat) she would be fine. But when I'd give her powder she'd scream!

Is your daughter's gums red, swollen?

We kind of figured it out. But i will ask the doctor today.
her gums don't look red. But she chews on her pacifier really hard , and her hands . We gave her a teething ring and she takes it will pleasure.
She still gets fussy when i give her the bottle. But out of 6 bottles of milk a day. She fussy's over 3 bottles ....has 3 ounces and gives up. I changed all the nipples on the bottles and she seems to like that a bit better more.

We will see what the doctor says today

tks for your help
