I'm just trying to get facts right now....I'm hoping that my situation won't come to this but I need to be informed.

My dr said in the state I live in that termination can happen up until 20 weeks.  What if it is only after 20 weeks that we find major medical problems.  I have read where some people do not find major medical problems until after the 20 week mark.  What are your options if you state has a 20 week law?

options would seem that you would have to have a judge determine if your medical condition is bad enough for an abortion past that time, or you would have to go to another state im assuming.

No.  It  means after 20 weeks you would be induced and not have a D and E.  A D and E is before 20 weeks, and they will induce afterwards.  Ive BTDT.
