Termination Due to Poor Prenatal Tests

Please re-think shutting this board down. It may not get the amount of traffic that the other, more popular boards do, but it is so important to a small group of people out there...most of us have had nowhere else to turn when we were facing the most heartbreaking time of our lives, and the women here held out their hands to us and helped us get through it. I know that I would have probably had nowhere else to turn had it not been for the wonderful women in this small community.

I don't know if the closure is due to financial reasons or just because this board doesn't get enough "hits" to leave it active, but if I-Village shuts this board down, they will be doing a major disservice to the women that really need the support offered here during a very dark time in their lives.

I sincerely hope that if anyone in a position to stop the closure takes the time to read this post, that you can somehow reverse the decision.

This board has support that other pregnancy loss boards on iVillage just can not provide.

To whomever it may concern, please reconsider your decision to close it!

I think that a lot more people visit this board just for information than are currently members of it as well. Some people who decide NOT to terminate still come to this board to talk to the people who have and get information. It is vitally important to keep a forum like this alive for nothing more than the collective experience it brings and how that experience can be helpful to a number of people who may or may not decide to terminate. I hope that no one shuts down this board.
