Olivia has been eating table food since about 9 months. We did purees hit and miss but overall she hated them!
I buy the dole fruit cups (they are in juice not syrup). We did lots of steamed veggies. And meats in LITTLE pieces. She pretty much eats what we eat. I just cut it tiny and watch her. I also learned that some things were easier for her to eat whole, b/c she could bite off the pice she wanted.
