How many of you use this method to look for signs of O?  I've read a bit about it, but honestly I'm lost! I guess I don't know what the hell I'm feeling for.  lol.  Any advice?

Emily,

This is my first time trying to chart CP too. I found the FF info very helpful - http://www.fertilityfriend.com/HelpCenter/FFBook/ff_fertility_signs.html#45. When your cervix is firm it really does feel like a nose. It is so strange. I've noticed now that mine is squishier than it was a few days ago. As far as the position...I have no idea. I can just barely reach mine right now, so I'm marking it as medium. I've heard that when you can no longer reach it or when it seems to "disappear" into the wall, then that is considered high. Another tidbit I've been told is that you should check it at the same time every day because it can change throughout the day. I hope some of that helps. Good luck!!

Thanks, that link was actually really helpful!  I only ask because I really usually never feel anything at all.  Over the last few days, I've definitely noticed something different.  So I'm figuring its low, which means that I'm not fertile?  Therefore, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to ovulate this month.  GRRR.  Frustrating!
