Trying to Conceive

Welcome to the board! I was a lurker for a long time, and now I post regularly! First off...Im so sorry about your m/c. I had a miscarriage in March 09, & am currently trying to conceive #1! :) I completly understand where you are coming from about people not knowing how stressfull it is to TRY! I have the same issue as well....everyone tells me..."just dont try, and it will happen!" WORST thing someone could tell me! Anyways...I hope your stay is short & sweet! BaBy DuSt coming at'cha! =)

btw...i would LOVE to know how everyone gets all the cutesy stuff on their posts!

OMG I hate the "Just don't try" Comments.  I don't want to be rude to my friends but they just DON'T GET IT!!!.   Well, I am suppose to O today, so we are back to baby making every two days, not that I am compaining :)  I am free of stress during my period and for the week after but as soon as that Ovulation test says it's time my stress level jumps up ten notches.  I just wish there was some sort of test that could tell me instantley :)  I hate waiting.  The miscarrage sucked, but more physically than mentally.  I want to be a mommy so bad but I know that my body did what it had to do, for a reason.  I wish I could have it as easy as my friends and just be pregnant.

Hi Kim, welcome to the iVillage message boards :)I absolutely looooooove every board I have been a part of on iVillage. I am new to this board as well. I have never had to "try" for a baby either. My first 2 were unplanned, then I had 2 unplanned M/C's and then with the 3rd I just knew from the cramping that I was ovulating so we BD that night and got our 3rd baby ... since having my IUD taken out in March though, things haven't been so easy. I guess if I didn't try it would happen naturally and that would be great except we are kind of on a timed thing here. Were trying to get PG and have a baby before DH deployes to Iraq or Afghan again ... we want him to have as much time as possible with the baby so here we are trying really hard. This is my first cycle really charting temps, cervical position, CM and all that good stuff. Even taking ovulation tests. Were determined lol. I'm sorry about your M/C and I hope you get your BFP and sticky baby soon :)

Oh about the signatures. Those are added by going to your board settings (there is a button at the top of the page) and then to personal signature and you add your HTML code there from photobucket. To get a signature made you can go to the signature showcase board and request to have one made then when its made you put it in your photobucket and then put the HTML code into your personal signature box :) If you need more help, let me know. I would be happy to help.

BTW sorry if one of the other repliers told you about it, I didn't read the replies.

My Ovulation Chart

Thank you for your help, I will play around with my settings. 

I have not charted anything or taken my temperature but I do use Ovulation strips.  I am ovulating today and pretty excited about it, I have a really good feeling about it this month.  I am not as stressed as the last two months.  Good luck too you, I couldn't imagine the reason to be trying is because my DH was leaving.  I am Canadian and my husband works in construction so he isn't going anywhere.  How do you deal with three kids (hopefully 4) with out him around? Sorry if that is none of my business, just curious.
