Trying to Conceive

Hi girls-

I was part of this board in early 2009 and I got my BFP on May 4th. All my early ultrasounds were normal, even my 12 week NT Scan. All measurements including the neck were great. We were as happy as can be. My bloodwork with the NT scan changed my age related risk of Trisomy 18 & 13 from 1 in 540 to 1 in 5500. On August 12th we went in for our 17 week ultrasound to finish the NT result scan. The doc came and said the baby had a rare heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Then after the amnio we got the really bad news...Full Trisomy 18. We then lost the baby on August 21st, 09 at 18 weeks 5 days.

It was a terrible experience but we have healed a bit and are back on the TTC rollercoaster. This is my first cycle trying and I am 8DPO. Not really feeling it tis month but maybe we will get lucky :)
