Last cycle, I started feeling crampy and like af was going to start any minute at 2 dpo. My temps dropped at 4 dpo, and I ended up with a 7 day lp.

This cycle, I'm 4 dpo, and not a sign of crampiness. And my temps are still up!

I told you it was silly.

Does anyone have any information about how long it is safe to take vitex after o? All I can find is "not while pregnant"

Thanks!

Haha, wish I knew....this was the first cycle I took vitex from cd 1. DD has gone down a little on her nursing sessions- she was teething last cycle and nursing maybe 15 times a day....now we're down to maybe 7 or 8. She's also eating a bit more solids. But still, probably what most 6-7 month olds eat. And she's 10 1/2 months. TTC is definitely not one of her goals for me-lol. But probably a combination of all those things brought me back by a week.

I'm feeling like things may start to be happening but it is way earlier than I expect and I dont want to pysch myself up for a week of waiting --- ahh the torture! :) Laurie
