Yes don't give up. I'm in the same boat I lost my tube in 05 due to and ectopic. I've been trying to concieve for about a year now. I'm know it will happen so. :)
Just to give you some hope. I lost a tube in 2002 with my first pregnancy. I've since gone on to have two healthy little ones - Hunter (6) and Julia (2) so it's definitely possible!
