I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems. I am so frustrated..I have been having a lot of what I thought were urinary tract infections, since my e/p in December 08. I finally had my urine tested about a month ago and it came back clean, so I went to see a urologist yesterday, he pretty much acted like I was an idiot and told me that I needed to talk to my OB..I just saw her for my yearly appointment the first of June, she suggested I see him...arrrghh, He did say that maybe I had some sort of vaginitis, so I did my own research last night, and it does seem like I have a lot of the symptoms of something called atrophic vaginitis and it is treated with estrogen cream ( I also have a lot of the symptoms of early menopause, I'm turning 31 next month). It makes sense to me after everything my body has gone through, I'm just so tired of being uncomfortable and suffering with these symptoms. Sorry to vent! I've just had enough!!! Thanks for listening!
{{{HUGS}}} No fun :-( I'm sorry the urologist wasn't any help, especially after you were referred there by your doc. If you're concerned about pre-menopausal symptoms, you probably should talk with your regular doc to explore that, or to see if there's something else that is causing the symptoms you're experiencing. You're way too young for this!
