I know this is way past useful for you, but since there may be others from Dallas on here that might read this, I will post anyway:

I took it and found it soooooo incredibly useful. She goes over all things natural and all possible interventions. She also offers really helpful ways to kindly advocate for yourself (or DH for you). The classes have only 4 couples at a time and are very personal. I highly recommend them.
