We had our vas reversal Jan 2, 2009 after 11 years. We had our SA today after a round of prednisone and celebrex and it came back, no sperm seen in 50 fields. Any advice would be great.

Lindsay, I'm so sorry. :( How many SAs have you had and what were the results? Do you homescope as well?

We have had 3 SA's. The first one was at 4 mths out and it was only about 2.5 ml and the 2nd one was in Sept and .10 mil were seen and it has been 6 weeks since he started prednisone and celebrex and no sperm were seen. The test was dropped off at about 8:07 am and was completed this morning. The report showed no sperm seen in 50 fields and we are 10 mths out from the reversal. We have never home scoped.

I just am not sure where to go from here.
