VBAC Support

Hi all!

I'm getting closer & closer to VBAC #2!  I'm excited...and nervous too.  Everything went so well with the first VBAC...I'm hoping for the same this time.  I've heard the second VBAC has a 90% success rate.   So fingers are crossed.

If anyone else has had multiple VBAC experiences...I'd love to hear about it!

Congratulations on your VBAC and on having your third child.
My first was a c/s due to failure to progress (failure to wait?) with some fetal heart rate issues thrown in to tip the decision to go to surgery. Second baby was born one week short of two years later. I had an epidural, was in labor 7 hours after water broke, pushed 55 minutes, and that was the first VBAC.

Third baby was born 2-1/2 years later, unmedicated, 4-1/2 hours labor, and another VBAC. Both experiences were wonderful and I'm so grateful that it worked out.

Best wishes to you on your upcoming delivery. You have everything going for you to have a successful VBAC. Are you doing anything different this time around with your birth plan?
