Hi Michelle! I know this post is old.  However, I would like to comment.  I think this is an awesome idea.  If I were you, I would grow organic fruits, veggies, and herbs. 

I signed up with a local farmer who grows organic foods.  I pay $20 aweek for a box of organic fruits, veggies, and herbs.  I see good money in this with the organic kick that many people are on.  Do a google search for "weekly organic pick up" that will you an idea of what to charge, grow, etc.  Ask there is a website that allows you to search for organic farms that do this weekly pick up.
