No complaints since 2006 is actually great. One thing you might want to do is a google search using the word "scam" along with the company name. What this does is let you read what others are saying negatively. Are the complaints valid or are they just one person venting?
I've been in direct sales 25 years now. There are many direct sales companies over 50 years old such as Avon, Watkins, Tupperware, Amway and MaryKay. Try searching any of those companies with the word "scam" in front of the company. You'll find people upset over company policies or upset over an individual product. All of these companies are legitimate but have angered either distributors or customers over the years.
What you describe sounds very legitimate, a website, a monthly fee for the website and real products that the end consumer can order. Is the fee reasonable? If so, I say GO FOR IT!!
