Okay its a new week. I am hoping to lose 2 lbs this week which means I need motivation. Who wants to help me? I would like to see use reach 200 min of cardio and 200 min of other this week.
Thanks you reminded me that I needed to update this. I have been busy helping out with the remodling so I don't have a lot to add although I am sure mudding drywall is exercise. lol.
