This week is a fun one too. Grab a deck of cards. Each number has a rep on it (face cards are 10). Aces are 3 min of cardio. Jog in lace, do jumping jacks or whatever.
Maybe I will do that next week. Of course you can make it whatever you want. That is the fun part of the exercise. Change it up to fit your needs. You can make it all lower body, upper body or abs. Or if want all cardio.
