Here is one I know we can all love.

Dark Chocolate - Did you know that 1/4 of an oz (not enough for me. lol. ) can help lower blood pressure in healthy people? Cocoa powder is rich in flavonoids and antioxidants which can reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholestrol.

So next time you have a bad day have a piece of dark chocolate.
