I totally forgot to do this yesterday. This week is similar to last weeks but with different exercises
For cards 1-10 = 1 min
Face Cards = 2 min
Aces = 1 min break (keep moving just walk to get a drink or march in place)
Hearts - Jumping Jacks (or heel Jacks for those under 3 mths pp)
Diamonds - Double squats
Club - Side shuffle
Spade - Jump rope (using the hands not the rope)
