Okay here we go again. One day I will get this down. lol.
B- 1/2 bagel w/cream cheese, 1/2 large banana
s- 2 bites pb cheesecake (leftover from the weekend)
L- Grilled Chicken (deli meat) sandwich, carrots and noodles
s- Nature valley yogurt bar
D - salad, spagetti (whole wheat), celery
s- apple banana muffin
Water - about 60 oz (with Lemon)
Exercise - 30 min walk with the boys
