Okay here we go again. One day I will get this down. lol.

B- 1/2 bagel w/cream cheese, 1/2 large banana

s- 2 bites pb cheesecake (leftover from the weekend)

L- Grilled Chicken (deli meat) sandwich, carrots and noodles

s- Nature valley yogurt bar

D - salad, spagetti (whole wheat), celery

s- apple banana muffin

Water - about 60 oz (with Lemon)

Exercise - 30 min walk with the boys

B- skipped (i packed it but forgot to eat it)

s- animal crackers

L- Bacon Cheese burger w/lettuce, salad, cheese/bacon wedges, sweet tea

s- banana

D- salad, sausage and taters

s- bowl of cereal

Water - about 80 oz

Exercise - No real exercise but I painted a room.

hmm lets see if I can remember what I ate yesterday

B- egg white sandwich

s- pb crackers (3)

L- salad and mini corn dogs (5)

D- 6 in Subway Melt on wheat and doritos

I also have a few pieces of candy and half a root beer float.

Water - 50 oz

Exercise - Trick or treating carrying a 20lb baby. lol.
