This weeks food is the Potato. Not the ordinary white/idaho potato but Red and Sweet.

Red Potato - One of these contains 66 micrograms of cell building folate. This is about the same as 1 cup of spinach or broccoli.

Sweet Potato - One of these has almost 8 times the amount of cancer-fighting and immune boosting vit A you need daily.

FYI - Letting your potato cool before eating can help burn up to 25 percent more fat after a meal thanks to fat-resistant starch.
