For the first month she slept in the bed with me. I found it extremely difficult to even consider getting out of bed every hour at night to breastfeed her, expecially being sore and still recovering. Then at about 4-5wks I put her in the basinett next to me by the bed when she started waking up 2-3 times a night, but now I sometimes would leave her in the bed with me after I feed her in the middle of the night.
