Every few nights or so I'll treat myself to a Guiness Stout...the fact that it's additive free and chock full o' hops makes a drink that has some nursing bennies.
I occasionally treat myself to a beer in the evening. You actually don't need to pump and dump anymore...that is an old recommendation ( don't dump you liquid gold!!). You should follow some basic guidelines always breastfeed just before you drink, don't drink in a part of the day your baby will be cluster feeding. 1 or 2 drinks is acceptable on occasion, you should not breastfeed if you feel buzzed when the baby wants to eat again. The alcohol enters your breast milk almost as soon as your blood stream, but it is also cleared as quickly. It doesn't enter the breast milk and sit there as previously thought, it is re-filtered out. Also IMO I never have more than 1 beer. or a very small glass of wine (wine has 12-13% alcohol per volume, beer usually less than 6%). These are the most recent lactation guidelines.. hope it helps.
