Holy Crap!! IMHO it sounds to me like your daughter may have already experienced some kind of inappropriate sexual contact long before this.
Did any of the counselors ever suggest this to you? The sexual innuendos and behavior with adults, early sexual activity all are warning signs of a child having been tampered with.....
I don't really know how to say this because you are obviously already tormented by this whole situation, and I don't want to make you feel worse than you already do.
