My attorney is working on the decree and it will be presented to the other side.  I fully expect him to ignore it for at least a month or six.  We'll see . . .

If he does, I have to decide whether to file myself to get a new CO or force him to.  The ONLY way to force him to do it is to start jacking with the schedule myself.  There is nothing he can do if I jack with a now-CO'd schedule and maybe he needs to SEE that to get it.  I am tired of not being able to do anything when HE jacks with it!

Nine months this has dragged on and I still have no idea what he is seeking.  I just want it done already!

I get really frustrated also when BF messes with the schedule, the thing that stops me from doing the same, is that changeovers and such are already quite stressful for my son and if I start behaving badly too it just makes it worse for him.

Its great thinking about it though..... but in the end i always find my conscience drags me back to the high road.

All quiet from the dark side.  It's been nearly a week.  I told my atty to give it 2 weeks, then file.  We did request financial info, which his attorney has.  (In a letter early last month, he said, "I do have my client's financial information, but he is now not working . . . blah, blah, blah"  So I told my attorney, "Tell him to send it to us.  Whether we use it or not, they cannot legally withhold the information, right?"

Attorney agreed.  IMO, he should be fully imputed at last year's salary.  His attorney put in the letter that Ex was "seeking employment that would allow him to be an active part of his DD's life."  Well, that's just great, bully for you, but that is calling VOLUNTARY under employment and gets you imputed.  I am a SAHM and I expected to be fully imputed.

So, that information, that he claims to already have in his hot little hands?  Should have been sent over immediately.  I find it interesting that he is stalling on disclosing that piece.  I won't go forward until it is in our hands.  I don't know why he thinks he can withhold it!
