All quiet from the dark side. It's been nearly a week. I told my atty to give it 2 weeks, then file. We did request financial info, which his attorney has. (In a letter early last month, he said, "I do have my client's financial information, but he is now not working . . . blah, blah, blah" So I told my attorney, "Tell him to send it to us. Whether we use it or not, they cannot legally withhold the information, right?"
Attorney agreed. IMO, he should be fully imputed at last year's salary. His attorney put in the letter that Ex was "seeking employment that would allow him to be an active part of his DD's life." Well, that's just great, bully for you, but that is calling VOLUNTARY under employment and gets you imputed. I am a SAHM and I expected to be fully imputed.
So, that information, that he claims to already have in his hot little hands? Should have been sent over immediately. I find it interesting that he is stalling on disclosing that piece. I won't go forward until it is in our hands. I don't know why he thinks he can withhold it!
