OHMYGOODNESSGRACIOUS....Palin just totally knocked it out of the Park last night.  I loved, loved, loved how SMART she was (especially on foreign/domestic oil issues) and how she was able to poke fun at Obama in a way that was more humorous than "hateful" (since we conservatives are always called that).

She totally knocked my socks off!

Even my husband was impressed with her and he isn't big on politics. He sat and watched all the speeches with me last night. He thought her barbs at BO were very well done.

That was a tremendous speech.  I absolutely loved the speeches by Guiliani and Palin last night.  (I didn't hear the others so I can't comment on them ;) ).

Yes. It was a grand slam! I really really like her!!!! She and I have the same sense of humor- I loved her snarky sarcasm:-)

I really feel that if McCain/Palin are elected, my own industry will flourish! We're in R&D for liquids from coal technology. And of course my DH's business will benefit- we own a steel brokerage- we need the manufacturing sector to pick up steam, too!

She was awesome!  Loved the hockey mom/pit bull joke!  I was not really sold on McCain, but now that she's on the ticket I'm thrilled to vote for them.  Almost wish she was in the #1 spot instead!  If she gets in I'll be curious to see if she runs as #1 next go round.

As far as the issue with Bristol, I'm proud that she's not hiding her in a closet somewhere.  She's proud of her daughter and all her children no matter what their faults may be.  That's a true loving mother!  Yes Bristol is young (even though she'll be considered an adult soon), but if she's anywhere close to being as strong as her mother, she can handle the spotlight being on her.
