Conservative Parenting

My favorite costume wouldn't have been for me but rather one I made for either my kids or grandkids.  When Cait (Rebecca's now 20 yr old) was about two I made her the most adorable costume. It was a chick coming out of an egg.  I made many a costume over the years but I really think that might be my favorite.

She had a little hat that looked like the top part of a broken egg, she was in fuzzy yellow and on the bottom she had the bottom part of an egg.  Absolutely adorable!  That was in the days before computers so I'd have to look a while to find a picture ;o)

One year I had two kids who were about the same size. One blonde boy and a brunette girl. I made their costumes. They were Pebbles and Bam Bam. They were darn cute!

About 5 years ago one of the boys went as Michael Moore. It was a great costume. Everyone had a good sense of humor about it except one psycho lib who said something mean to him, told him he wasn't getting any candy and slammed the door in his face.

Oh man she was so cute!
