NJ voter fraud, before the election

ACORN is so enmeshed in the U. S. election process, and as a result of the numerous voting rights fraud charges brought against it, I think it's creating a lack of confidence in election results. There's a good chance the MN Senate race was heavily influenced by ACORN, registering 43,000 new registrants for the election, and Al Franken the declared winner by 312 votes. If we can't trust our election process, it lessens confidence in our Government. How can we trust our elected leaders if we question their legitimacy?
Regards the DOJ decision not to pursue charges against The Black Panthers, just another instance of where the integrity of those in elected/appointed positions is questioned? Maybe it's another form of spreading the wealth; instead of financial wealth, this time it's correcting past perceived legal injustices. This agrument was made at the time of the Professor Gates vs the Cambridge Police Department. Very troubling.
