Hello, I am a Long time reader - first time poster.

I am heading up a an Arts & Crafts Sale at our church this holiday season. We still have room for a few more vendors. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get the word out without offending anyone?

If you are new or experienced with Arts & Crafts Sales, would you be willing to look at our website and let me know what other info I need to provide? I can post url but do not want to offend.

If you'd like to promote your site via iVillage, we have a For Sale or Trade board on iVillage where it's OK to share your product.  Here's the link to that board as well:

You can also add a link to your store to your signature line so people can see it when you make posts.  That is perfectly fine.

- Click on the right side for the info to vendors about signing up.
- Click on Gallery (at the top) to see how far I have gotten with adding the signed vendors - I'm running behind on this waiting for pictures but you can see the intent.
- Also, what do you think about the design of the website? It was easy to do and relatively cheap. But I would like to know Does it create the right impression?

Additional info: I have committed to co-chair this project for the next five years and the website will up year round as a form of advertising for the show and the artists (artists can publish their own stuff) so please feel free to make comments or suggestions that are not just in the here-and-now.
