Some of these are things that you will already know about, but there are a few that you probably never thought of. Latex condoms???

75 things you can compost but thought you couldn't!

We have an "indoor" composter from Nature Mills. I say "indoor" because it's kind of loud and stinks, so we keep it on our deck. However, I don't think all of that can go into that composter. :( I can't wait until we get a real house with a YARD and start our own REAL compost! And then I can pee in it! lol

LOL Julianna!!

One of the bloggers I follow (Crunchy Chicken if you have the chance to look her up) was promoting peeing on your plants last summer. I didn't, um, participate....but I do let DS pee on them outside if he's playing out there and doesn't want to come in to use the bathroom. (There you go, my bad parenting secret!)

My compost is just a hole in the ground so I dont throw anything in it that would attract bugs such as pasta, rice, bread, crackers, cereal, cheese..........

I dont put any paper items in the compost either, I take them to the recycle bin.

Gosh think of how much better this world would be if everybody recycled :)

Pam
