I've been using organic avocado oil as a body lotion. I like that it comes in a glass jar, which is more easily recycled than plastic, and that there are no chemicals...just the avocado oil. A little goes a long way too.

My local health food store sells bars of organic/all natural soaps in a variety of scents and they are less than $3 each. Some are as little as $1.69!

Otherwise, I do find it costly to keep our cleansers "organic" and look forward to hearing tips from everyone else!

In addition to the above, I use kiss my face lotion and have purchased cosmetics from the Body Shop & Origins. I have to admit I honestly don't know how they rate on the "green" scale, but I LOVE how they smell!

I have a large aloe vera plant in our kitchen.  I will cut off a piece of a leaf and use the gel inside on my face at night.  So far it is the best thing I have used on my skin, when it is irritated.  And it feels so good.

We also use it on burns, to instantly soothe.

I will also use a little EVOO if we had been out in the sun a lot that day.
