Health march starts today on the Weight Loss Board!! We will be starting in downtown Pittsburgh and walking to Carolina Beach NC.....It is a walk of 620 miles 1,240,000 steps so we need everyone to get their pedometers and help us out!! The more people we have walking the faster we will get there! We will walk as a team and combine our steps and miles to accomplish our goal!! If you need to lose weight, exercise, or tone up those muscles, walking is a great way to do it! So get your pedometers our and help us to reach our goal. Here's what we are going to do.....If you have a step pedometer subtract your number of steps that you get each day from the total.....if you have a pedometer that only calculates miles we are using the formula of 2000 steps/mile! So let's get walking!!
