We're at five weeks exactly tomorrow, and we've done it twice over the last three days or so. I had my PP appt today and was told that it really was too soon since I only stopped bleeding a week or so ago. She said I should have waited until I hadn't bled for two weeks. But, no one told me that - all I was told was 4-6 weeks. Oh, I also had a c/s.
I don't think many people wait the fully advised time. If you feel good and up to it, I don't see why not. I know a few other c/s moms on here did it much earlier than 4-6 weeks as well!
