I had a c-section 2.5 weeks ago- i still have some bleeding, is it safe to use tampons? These pads are killing me.

My doctor said not to put anything in there for 6 weeks

Hi, I had a c section too,  I was told the same nothing in the vagina for 6 weeks not even tampons, Im  a tampon person myself but I dont want to risk getting an infection :)
