I've been using the Avent breast pads, and they work great. However, I received a sample of the Medela ones, and they were so much thinner! They, too, worked great. The only downfall of the Avent ones, are that if I wear a thin shirt, you can see the outline of them through the shirt! Just curious if there are any others that are thin like the Medela. Also wondering what kind you use, and why! ~ Holly

I use medela or lansinoh.. both equally thin.  I like lansinoh better, they seem to be more absorbent and when full of milk they don't get as "squishy" like the medelas do so i feel like they will still hold in more wetness.  Lansinoh's are also a little bigger which i like.    Medelas have a pleat to shape the breast and lansinoh doesn't, but i don't see that as a downfall.

I prefer Lansinoh's brand overall.
